Custom Acrylic Medals Presented in a Gift Box
These are fully custom acrylic medals supplied together with a presentation gift box, so the piece is ready to hand over at your event without repacking. Buyers order them for sports tournaments, school graduations, corporate recognition programmes, association awards and promotional giveaways where the medal itself has to look like a keepsake rather than a loose token.
Your artwork is printed directly onto the acrylic body. Send a logo, an illustration or a finished layout and we print it as supplied; if you only have an idea, our design team draws the medal artwork for you at no charge and you approve a digital proof before anything goes into production.
What Can Be Customised
- Artwork and colour – full-colour printing of your logo, event name, year, place text or portrait artwork.
- Shape and size – medals are cut to a custom size and shape around your design rather than forced into a fixed mould.
- Gift box – the presentation box can carry your branding where the order quantity allows it.
- Attachment – supplied ready for ribbon or lanyard use at events.
- OEM / ODM – accepted. We also produce the same award line in acrylic medals without a gift box if you pack them yourself.

Ordering, Sampling and Lead Times
The minimum order is 100 pcs, which makes this line workable for a single tournament, one graduating class or one company awards evening rather than only for large promotional runs. Samples are made in 3-5 days so you can hold the actual printed medal and check colour against your artwork before committing. Bulk production runs 7-15 days from proof approval, depending on quantity and how complex the cutting shape is.
The unit price shown on this page is an approximate figure for 100 pcs. Final pricing depends on medal size, thickness, print area, gift box specification and order volume, so send us your artwork and quantity for an exact quote.
Packing and Shipping
Each medal is packed in its gift box, then into polybags and export cartons. Carton quantity and packing method can be adjusted for Amazon FBA shipments, retail display requirements or your own fulfilment process. Goods ship by sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and similar), and we handle FBA labelling and packing where you need stock delivered straight into an Amazon fulfilment centre.
