Custom Printed T-Shirts Bulk | Event & Staff Tees
$1.75
Bulk custom printed t-shirts for events, staff teams and promotions: crew-neck jersey tees photographed in up to sixteen solid colourways, decorated by DTG, screen print or embroidery chosen against your colour count and quantity. One to two ink colours favour screen printing above mid volume; photographic or four-colour art stays digital longer, and we price both methods on one quote sheet so the crossover is arithmetic, not a sales pitch. MOQ 100 pcs per design, free digital mock-up, physical samples in 3-5 days, and bulk production 7-15 days after artwork approval. Cartons pack mixed-size curves to your roster, with FBA labelling and sea, air or express freight worldwide. Fabric weight and composition quote against your selected base shirt rather than a guess.
Bulk custom printed t-shirts for conferences, races, campaigns, retail promotions and standing staff programmes. The tees shown on this page are blank crew-neck, short-sleeve jersey shirts in a wide set of solid colourways, and your artwork goes on top by DTG, screen print or embroidery. One design starts at 100 pcs per design, digital mock-ups are free, physical samples take 3-5 days, and bulk runs ship 7-15 days after artwork approval.

Volume Tees for Events and Staff Teams
Event tee programmes fail on two things: the print quote arriving too late, and cartons that break into wrong size splits at registration. We build both ends together. A single artwork is approved, then split across a size curve that matches your delegate roster, packed in mixed-size cartons so each registration table opens one box and finds S through XL in the ratio you set. The fan of sixteen tees above is the stock logic in one frame: pick a base colour per role or per wave, keep one artwork, and the print line treats them as one programme. Nothing about the fan is decorative. Those sixteen bodies are the shortlist a buyer actually works from, and the placeholder chest print marks the one zone every event tee shares: art lands front-and-centre or left chest, and everything else on the quote follows from that choice.
Our gift and apparel lines run 1,000,000 pcs per month of combined capacity, so a 2,000-piece staff tee run does not queue behind the calendar. Reverse-plan from your event date: artwork to us four weeks out, sample week inside that window, production inside 7-15 days after artwork approval, and sea, air or express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) closes the gap. Summer camp season and Q4 incentive programmes are the two peak blocks; book them early.
What the Product Photos Actually Show
Read the pictures before the spec sheet. The colour-fan shot shows sixteen tees in heather grey, orange, royal blue, magenta, kelly green, teal, dusty blue, black, maroon, purple, navy, yellow, red, plus a black and a red tee behind a cream front shirt; only the cream tee carries a body print, a plain “LOGO” placeholder at chest height. The two-row flat lay adds red, orange, lemon yellow, pale pink and raspberry against heather grey, medium blue, navy, green and black. The upright chart shows white, orange, black, red and cyan over yellow, lime, heather grey, royal blue and turquoise. Between them the set documents the working palette an event buyer actually chooses from: high-visibility hues for day marshals, dark solids for evening staff, heathered greys that hide dust at construction-site open days. Colour per role, one artwork file, one carton plan. Splitting a crew by role rather than by date also protects reprints: when a starter leaves and a replacement joins months later, the role’s colour and print zone are already locked in the programme sheet, so a twenty-piece top-up arrives matching what the existing team wears instead of forcing a fresh colour approval cycle.

Construction is identical across every photographed shirt: a ribbed crew-neck collar, set-in short sleeves, straight body and a plain hemmed edge, in a smooth matte jersey with a flat face and no pile. The grey shirts show the speckled marl of heathered yarn; the rest are solid-dyed. Nothing on the garments reads as a size stamp, a fabric weight, or a composition claim. Internal neck labels are present but their micro-text is not legible in the photos, so we treat every piece as blank placeholder stock. Fabric weight and fibre content are therefore quoted-on-request against the specific base shirt you select, not asserted here.
The macro shot below is a construction detail, not a finished tee: two royal-blue fabric panels, one showing an overlock seam and a rib-knit band topstitched to the body, the other twisted to expose the vertical wales of the knit. Use it to see seam and rib execution; it carries no size, weight or composition markings either.
DTG vs Screen Printing: Where the Cost Line Crosses
Two workhorses, different economics. Screen printing charges per colour: one screen per ink, charged once, then a low marginal cost per shirt. A one-colour chest logo on 1,000 shirts is the cheapest unit price this page can quote, and spot-colour inks hold saturation wash after wash. Digital direct-to-garment (DTG) skips screens entirely, inkjets the artwork shirt by shirt, and its per-piece cost is roughly flat with quantity while it eats photographic, multi-colour and gradient artwork that screens cannot reach cleanly.
The crossover is arithmetic, not opinion: divide screen charges by your quantity and compare with the DTG unit rate. Rough rule of thumb, one to two colour art favours screens from about 150-300 pcs up; four-colour or full-tone art often stays with DTG to 500 pcs and beyond, where separation-heavy screens also fight print-area limits. Send the artwork and the count and we price both methods on the same sheet, same sizes, so the decision is a number, not a sales pitch. Embroidery is the third lane when tees double as repeat-wear staff uniforms on longer programmes; stitched marks suit small chest logos and cost by stitch count, quoted from your file. As a rule of thumb, screen printing wins once the run clears a few hundred pieces per colourway, while direct-to-garment stays cheaper below that line and handles photographic art without any screen inventory behind it; we price both routes side by side on the same quote so the crossover point is visible before you commit.

Print Placement Matrix
Placement changes the unit cost as much as method does, because each zone is a separate pass on the platen or frame. The photographed mock-up uses centre chest, the event default. For staff and crew tees, the standard working set is left-chest logo front plus a large back panel with role text; runners-up combos add sleeve marks or a neck-line sponsor row. Full-front art caps print width to the seam-to-seam area, while back prints run wider. Tell us the zones per role and we map each to method and cost in the quote, keeping one artwork master across placements so reorders stay identical.

Mixed-Size Cartons and Reorder Logic
A bulk tee order is really two orders: the shirts and the distribution plan. Cartons pack to your size curve, for example a 1:3:3:2:1 small-to-extra-large spread, or a flat per-delegation list, and every carton ships with a contents label so floor staff reconcile without opening boxes. FBA labelling is supported for retail sellers running marketplace stock alongside the event batch. For repeat seasons we archive your artwork master, placement map, colour codes and size ratios; a reorder is one line item, and the 100-piece minimum applies per design, letting you hold one programme across several waves. A reference price at the 100-piece tier is included in every quote so early budgets are not guesswork.
Colourway Continuity Across Waves
Mixing a navy staff tee with a royal blue volunteer tee is fine; matching this year’s red to next year’s red is a control, not luck. The photographed solids split into anchor colours that stay in the regular programme, white, black, navy, red, royal blue, yellow, plus a seasonal rotation, teal, magenta, lime, dusty blue, maroon, that runs while the dye lots hold. We lock your base shirt plus colour against a physical swatch you approve on the sample; reorders then reference the stored swatch record instead of a screen name. If an exact seasonal colour lapses between your waves, we flag it at mock-up stage and offer the nearest match before the clock runs, never after the carton seals.

Sampling, Lead Time and Capacity
Sequence on every order: send artwork, receive a free digital mock-up on the chosen body colour, approve, get a physical sample in 3-5 days, then bulk production lands 7-15 days after artwork approval. That puts a first-article tee in your hands inside the week you say yes, and a full event batch inside a month with air freight, inside six with sea. Monthly capacity across our gift lines is 1,000,000 pcs, and apparel programmes sit alongside caps, towels and aprons from the same planning sheet, which matters when one client books a full event kit. Freight consolidation across those lines keeps one invoice and one tracking thread even when the artwork is three different files. Related pages: custom cotton hoodies for cooler-weather crew wear, custom outdoor shell jackets for delegation outerwear, and the wider clothes category for the rest of the apparel line.
Packing and Shipping
Standard export packing for bulk tees: individual polybag, folded, carton-packed to the mixed-size ratio above, outer cartons marked with design, colour and size contents for registration-table handling. Fold specs follow your distribution style: tighter packs for boxed retail handouts, looser for grab-and-go registration desks where shirts lift by hand without creasing across a display table. We ship sea, air, DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT, consolidate with other items from your order book, and apply FBA labels when required. Quote the destination and in-hand date and the freight mode comes back with the production plan, not after it. A note on receiving: cartons are sized and labelled so a two-person team can unload and sort without opening every box, and we share carton counts and dimensions with your freight forwarder before booking. Start here: request a quote or reach the team at [email protected] / +86-15967739086. Include the event date, the size split you expect, and whether staff will wash the shirts weekly – those three answers decide fabric weight, print method and carton plan faster than any spec sheet. Programmes that repeat every season – festival crews, gym chains, school sports days – usually consolidate into one standing artwork folder we keep on file, so the next drop is a colour-and-size order instead of a full re-quote; that is also where the fastest pricing sits, since screens and stitch files are already paid for. For one-off events we compress the same flow instead: artwork in Monday, mock-up back within 48 hours, sample inside the week, cartons picked against your size split so nobody unboxes a room full of mediums.
