From Mascot File to Pallet
The path is: artwork check → digital mock-up on the real bag template → physical sample you approve → production. What Reorder Buyers Check First
Colour accuracy. Flat illustration style punishes a bad press run instantly – a teal that prints blue kills the whole look. That is why physical proofs are standard here, not optional, and why we ship a Pantone reading with every bulk order against the approved sample.
Registration over the fold. Stripes and wrap-around art must line up where the gusset meets the front panel. The sample photos show the registration we hold across the crease.
Ribbon anchoring. Slot-threaded ribbon with inner-wall anchoring on the finished bags, load-tested against your filled weight at proofing.
MOQ per design. 100 pcs is per artwork. Running two characters or a seasonal variant doubles the design count, not automatically the minimum – split quantities are possible; ask when quoting.
